These terms govern access to and use of ClowdWork.com and its informational content. They do not govern software licences, professional services, implementations, support or automation services, which will be subject to separate contracts or commercial terms.

Commercial information and demonstrations

Information about products, features, availability and expected outcomes is general. A demonstration or contact request does not itself create a contractual relationship or require Roubot S.L. to provide a particular service.

Permitted use

Users may consult the website and share links for legitimate purposes. Users may not substantially copy, resell, systematically extract, modify, decompile or use website materials to develop competing products without written permission.

Content and use cases

Articles, guides and use cases illustrate possible applications. Outcomes depend on context, data quality, configuration, rules, exceptions, systems and organizational adoption. They do not guarantee savings, productivity or financial return.

Availability and changes

Roubot S.L. may update, replace, suspend or remove website content and functionality. It will seek to avoid unnecessary interruptions but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Demonstration requests will be coordinated by email. Users must provide accurate information and keep it current. Roubot S.L. may choose not to respond to abusive, fraudulent, unlawful or irrelevant messages.

Severability

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
